Return Policy
At Laura & David California, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This document explains our return policy clearly.
Return Conditions

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is allowed; wearing it is not.

Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
Return Process

Submit your return request by emailing info@laura-david-california.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

Return the item entirely at your own expense, including any shipping and customs costs.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking indicates that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect address is the responsibility of the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
